After one week of network upgrade in Hong Kong, we are pleased to report that we have received numerous positive responses. We have effectively transitioned to the optimized HKBN network, achieving a significant reduction in latency from 300ms to around 50ms for our users in Mainland China. This improvement highlights our commitment to delivering a stable and efficient connection between Hong Kong and China.

While we currently face some limitations regarding overall China connectivity and international bandwidth due to the high costs associated with Asian networks, we are actively monitoring demand in this region and may consider further upgrades in the future. Additionally, you can still receive benefit from direct connections to Content Delivery Network (CDN), HKIX, and other content with established Points of Presence (POPs) in Hong Kong. These connections will be treated as local, allowing for a shared 1Gbps connection and ensuring optimal performance for all users.
