OrangeVPS Incident Outages in Singapore Datacenter

Hi,

On 07/06/2025 17:07 UTC+8, an electrical issue impacted the availability of some services hosted in our Singapore facility. Upon investigation, our technicians identified the root cause as a malfunctioning Power Supply Unit (PSU).

Our field engineer acted promptly, replacing the faulty PSU and reconnecting the system to a stable power port within the rack. After thorough checks, the hypervisor was brought back online, and all affected servers are now fully operational. We understand the importance of uninterrupted service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused. On 11/06/2025 20:55 UTC+8, our electricity from Epsilon has ancident that the power tripped caused our rack lossing electricity. We have fixing it by replace components affected in our rack including power cable and other.
