We experienced an unexpected network interruption caused by emergency power maintenance at the datacenter facility. The issue resulted in temporary service downtime for approximately 1 hour.
Our technical team worked closely with the datacenter engineers to restore all affected services as quickly as possible. Network connectivity and VPS services are now operating normally.

Update from Partner:
The failure occurred during scheduled maintenance in the data center. The facility had two separate power lines, and maintenance work resulted in one of the power lines being shut down temporarily. However, the team did not receive the advance notification email regarding the maintenance activity.
Some customer servers were equipped with only a single power supply connection, which caused those machines to lose power and experience downtime when the affected line was disconnected.
To investigate the issue further, the team visited the 10th floor of the facility and confirmed with Equinix staff that the maintenance was expected to continue until May 16, 2026, at 23:45.
