URGENT MAINTENANCE ANNOUNCEMENT – US VPS SERVICES

Dear Valued Customers,

We are currently experiencing network degradation affecting some VPS services hosted in our United States location.

Our monitoring systems have detected elevated latency, intermittent packet loss, and connectivity instability originating from one of our upstream network partners. Our network engineering team is actively coordinating with the affected upstream provider to identify the root cause and implement corrective actions as quickly as possible.

Impact:

  • Increased network latency
  • Intermittent packet loss
  • Temporary connectivity interruptions for some US VPS customers

Current Actions:

  • Working directly with the upstream provider's engineering team
  • Rerouting traffic where possible to minimize impact
  • Continuously monitoring network performance and service availability

At this time, no hardware or VPS node issues have been identified. The degradation appears to be isolated to upstream network connectivity.

We understand the importance of reliable service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Further updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.

Updates from DC partner:

“Early this morning, our facilities sustained a direct hit from a tornado.  The Clay building sustained damage sufficient to disrupt power.  At this time we've restored power to 50% of our dedicated server customers.  We are continuing to work to restore the remaining service.  ETA is 2 hours. Both buildings sustained minor damage, however, only customers in the Clay building were affected.  Colocation customers in the Swift facility experienced no disruption in services.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Network Operations Team
