Network Incident Notice – Japan Region

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that our upstream network providers in Japan are currently experiencing a large-scale network attack. As a result, some VPS instances and related services hosted in the Japan region may be temporarily unavailable, experience connectivity issues, or suffer from degraded performance.

Our network engineers and upstream providers are actively investigating and mitigating the attack to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

At this time, there is no estimated time of resolution (ETR). We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as more information becomes available.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this incident.

Update: Connectivity has restored and all affected services in the region have begun to recover.
