30 October 2024, 11:56 AM UTC+7: Our primary upstream provider, Hurricane Electric, experienced an issue that we investigated with their NOC. They informed us that the problem originated from Epsilon at the data center. After contacting Epsilon, they confirmed a link issue and began working to restore connectivity. Services were fully operational again by 15:20 PM UTC+7.

2 November 2024, 17:29 PM UTC+7: We encountered a sudden loss of network connectivity. Hurricane Electric reported "flapping," a situation where a router frequently alternates between advertising a destination network as available and unavailable. After dispatching our technician to the data center, we identified that the issue was due to traffic overload on the network routers (not a DDoS attack). We scheduled an emergency upgrade for connectivity and optimized the routing table. Services were restored by 21:05 PM UTC+7.
